Our Story

Founded in2018, Miguel Maintenance & Services was built on the belief that demolition could be done differently — with more precision, more professionalism, and a stronger commitment to both people and the planet.

At the helm is Miguel Franqui, Founder and President, who brings over a decade of hands-on experience to every project. Miguel isn’t the type of owner who sits behind a desk — he’s on-site, answering questions, managing crews, and personally walking clients through the process. Whether it’s a residential interior demo or a full-scale commercial tear-down, Miguel’s presence and leadership are evident from the first handshake to the final sweep of the site.

Excellent to talk to did an amazing job workmanship was spot on did exactly what I wanted done and did it with respect and his guys are very good workers I will definitely hire him again thank you Miguel for all your hard work

I contacted Miguel at Miguel Maintenance and Services to give me a price to remove some trees, bushes and a bunch of brush from my property. First and foremost, he personally answered the phone and listened patiently while I began to rattle off what I needed. As my conversation with him continued, he was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous.
I do not reside in the state where I needed the work done so I needed to feel comfortable with the person/company who was going to perform the job in its entirety.
At the time, I was getting different quotes and information of how each company was going to carry out the job.
To say that I felt comfortable while speaking with Miguel, would truly be an understatement. My conversation(s) with him, and his continued contact with me during the timeframe in which he would go look at the job, gave me comfort.
Of course I hired him. I had total faith in what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and the price he quoted me was very good.
After he completed the job, he sent me a number of pictures and a video, and I was astonished at how much work was involved.
My neighbor that lives next door to the property actually went out and talked with Miguel while he and his crew were performing the job. She then messaged me to tell me that he was a wonderful man, his crew worked very hard and were doing an excellent job.
It was a pleasure working with Miguel and I am so very grateful for his outstanding work and his strong work ethics.
